Report or similar button in champion sellect

I think many people experience this on daily basis. There is always a guy that won't play his lane or decides to troll but he won't leave the champion select even tho he'll lose only 3 lp, same goes for other players in your team, they don't want to leave but hey...that's their decision. Because of this I'm asking Riot games to make some type of vote kick button or report button to either kick trolls or very toxic players out of champion select so that we don't have to have this kind of experience.

and yes, I did leave from this champion select because I'd rather lose 3 lp but not many people get that.
