Do I get anything form my 10 runes of the same type?

As you can see I have 10 Scaling Ability Power Runes, riot said they were giving an extra ward if you had exclusive runes? Does it count as exclusive? I mean you can't buy more than 9 of the same type... I think it should count as exclusive, specially since I'm going to lose my little Easter egg.

PS. To those wondering how i got a 10th rune, way ago there used to be a re roll system similar to today champion shards reroll but with runes instead. You combined 3 tier 2 runes and you would get a tier 3 random one (Way before the price of the runes below tier 3 were changed to 1IP) I was lucky (or unlucky) enough to reroll a rune that I already had a set so I ended up with 10 runes of the same type.
