Update ESRB

Just throwing in my 2 cents. Just have your ESRB re-evaluated so it can include "Strong Language" so I don't have to listen to Kled being censored in game. Think about it... Would Kled enjoy being censored? The answer is no. No he would not.

Despite the ESRB reminding everyone that there's Alcohol and Tobacco use, Graves was not allowed to keep his cigar for some time.
