I know riot made it a lot easier from 1-30 and unlocking more champions from 1-30 but do they actually realize that once a new player hits level 30 it's really hard to unlock champinos? it literally takes 3-4 levels which can take 20-30 games to unlock a single 6300 champion. +

Yes, Riot is fully aware that after you collect the champions of 3150 or lower it's much harder to unlock champs.

They are a free to play game. They bank of your lack of knowledge on who to buy so make a mistake and waste valuable essense (time) . Now that you have a better grasp on who you want to play you would much rather spend money then waste your time grinding.
