With new runes game is completely unbalanced.Everything do damage.Riot ruined game after adding new runes.No more rules in game and roles.U can take sup and make it bruiser.

Are you complaining about the Yasuo that went 21/5? He's in an even worse spot now that Fervor has been replaced with PTA. He was just significantly better than your Yasuo.
