Riot Client is Horrendous

Hey, just got out of a ranked game, lasted about fifteen minutes when it should have been a remake. I had to restart my computer because the loading froze (for the third time this week) and got into game just to find out 2 other people on my team had the same problem. They didnt make it back before three minutes yet we werent able to remake. When i contacted Riot Support they essentially told me that they can't change LP to compensate me for their terrible code and could not offer any solutions. Great system thanks for the Support! Dont understand why I have lost 18 LP twice now because the client has crashed! Either make a game that functions properly and as intended or give me back my LP. You say you cant because of the integrity of the ranked ladder. But this is ruining the integrity and makes me not wanna play when i lose lp to Riot shenanigans. The ladder is changing because Riot doesnt know how to code their game and yet they cant restore the lost lp because they dont want to be held accountable for their actions.
