Honor Rewards?

Does anyone else feel the "honor rewards" are not really that good or frequent enough?

Honor Capsules just shouldn't have champions in them

From the start of the new honor system, I have received nothing but keys and a single honor capsule. At first I thought it was due to infrequent play but on some Saturdays/Sundays I play 10-20+ arams and still only get the occasional key frag...So much for rewarding the honorable.
