Missing out on the 10 year anniversary :(

I technicaly collected all the 10th anniversary gifts, up until the annie skin, except 1 of them. However, I didn't get a legendary skin yesterday, in fact Riot can check easily that I don't own any legendary skins. Is this bugged? It's like the day was skipped.
