Anybody ever buy one of these? I don't see them on Riot's website, but they look pretty cool and I want to buy one. Are they decent quality?

It's not on Riot's website because it's not official Riot merch. If you want it I'd go for it, looks pretty good.
Just be careful if you do decide to go for it just because it's not official Riot merch and it is on Ebay. It looks very nice though if it turns out to be real and not some scam where you either get you're money stolen or you get something that looks nothing as good as what's in the picture.
It doesn't have to be official to love something.
