Can one get event specific emotes in hextech/masterwork chests?

Was really bummed when I missed out on the "HOW DELICIOUS EMOTE" for Sylas. Therefor I'm wondering if it is possible to get the emote from chests even though it originated from an event.

I know this is really late of a response buttttttt, according to the league emote wiki, it is possible.

Hope you've gotten the emote by now!
