Honor help

Legit , how are u supposed to get honor , im checkpoint 1 honor 0 cuz u know , i was toxic af , but thats not the point , how are u supposed to get honors after games , i carry , i get 3 honors if there ARENT any premades , if there are i get 1 honor , and thats cuz im always premade with someone , i keep positive , doesnt matter , still just 1 honor from my premade , and that doesnt help me since hes my premade , im trying to spam arams since it fasted and the toxicity level is so low , but like what are the other options to get more honors after a game?
