[Serious] Thoughts on the changes to essence and issues with keys and chests

To give a bit of context, I myself am a variety player (meaning I play almost all the champions), so I get a lot of chests. This had an as easy solution as to add a button to exchange keys for chests (could have a discussion on ratios, but I think most people would be happy with 1:1 ratio). I was fine with this before the "IP turning blue" thing came to the client, and I was expecting that they would reduce the prize gotten by disenchanting champions or skins but also lower the costs to crafting (skins specially). I got a big hit in the face when I saw that I would get 270 orange essence for disenchanting an EPIC skin, meaning we would need to disenchant 4 EPIC SKINS TO CRAFT 1. That is absurd compared to the ratios we had before, and given the low rate to which we're actually getting to open chests (roughly 1 per week if I'm lucky) it makes it ridiculous. I mean, I don't want to complain to a feature that let's us get free skins, but since chests and keys are also a source of income for Riot and that me and many friends already spend money to buy the skins we want, we find this situation kind of sad.

Now to the champion essence. It's really cool that we can buy a random champion to save us BE from buying it directly (3950 random champion always gets you 4800 or 6300), and enchanting them from champion shards saves even more. Champion capsules from leveling up give about 800-1200 BE from disenchanting the shards you get. I made an estimate the first time I leveled up which turned out to be that we got almost as much BE as we would get with the old IP system ([low] average 80 BE per game), and now getting 160 experience per win we would need 20 games from level 30-31-...-34 with the daily thing they would be like 16. The thing is you need more experience to level up from there, with2900 at level 39. We are actually getting less champions that we would be having before.

The champion mastery thing is also an issue, since you can get them with the shards you get through champion capsules, for example, that would otherwise cost 3250 for level 6 and a bit more for 7. this actually makes it so you save A LOT of BE if you get an Annie shard, but you actually LOSE BE if you decide to use a Zed shard! Also, is it for real that it costs us less to have a higher mastery on a cheap champion than to have it on a 6300 BE champion?! I think this is really really unfair, and in my case I won't even bother with the mastery things unless this gets fixed.

There's also another issue that I think is important. Before when you'd play game you'd get IP, bonus of the day, and it was a simple, understandable, consistent way to unlock new content. Right now if I were to explain this to a new player, I'd say: It's kinda complicated, by playing you get levels which become increasingly difficult to get, when you level up you receive a capsule with random champions which give essence (from 700-1160) and with those essence you can buy champions. I don't think anyone wants the randomness when getting essence, I want a consistent amount I can count on, if I'm missing 900 BE to buy a rune page, and when I level up I get soraka, singed, blitzcrank (which I just did) I gotta wait another few days just to get that little BE I didn't get.

In general I think it's annoying, complicated, and most importantly it doesn't feel good, when I get an 6300 champion I don't feel lucky, it's just meh, and when I get bad luck I feel it sucks lol. I hate to be negative, but I wish they'd take the randomness away.

For the last 3 levela i got 3 450be chapms and 1 1350 that is around 400-500 be for 15 games.
