got honor 2 but no border?

so i just hit honor 2 but my border isnt showing up on load screen. is it a bug or am i supposed to wait till the new season?

You only had a Chat restriction right? Im guessing they will distribute the rewards on the (idk which day it was) in febuary when the Deadline for reaching Honor 2 is.
