WHAT THE HELL IS THIS META

so it started with the crit nerfs for adcs wich put players who really rellied on it, on a almost full tilt, wich i can understand, BUT becuse of wich, adcs are being played in the top lane, wich makes me and sevrel other players either, stop playing our mains like, riven, firoa or high mechanical challenging champs for top and having to play or learn the jungle or mid, or we just quit the game all together, pls can someone bring back brusiers into the meta
