Don't release old limited skins in the 'limited' blue essence shop.

Its considered disrespectful to old players that might have a limited skin and can be considered in general lazy to just pull these skins out just for the sake of having something in the 'limited' shop.

Its disrespectful in the sense these skins were meant to be a marking stone in Lol's history verses just another skin and by putting them up for sale again you just make them another skin. To be honest these skins were only of high value because of what they stand for and by putting them up for sale devalues that experience. I will never be able to experience the League of legends beta, first Urf day, or the gold elo experience from s1 and yet I don't feel the need to have the limited content that was given/sold during that time. People who really want these skins now only do it cause of their 'limited' availability.

What Riot should of done is add new skins for the 'limited' shop as by putting already limited stuff contradicts the name 'limited' shop these can be the new marking stones that show people that you were there when the old rune system was a thing.

Though realistically in-order to save time and money Riot should just add re-skins similar to that of Pax Sivir and Championship Riven for the already existing limited skins they plan to release (shows effort was put into this huge change in Lol's history). This one also would appeal to people who just want a skin cause of its look rather then is limited rarity.

Tl;tr - Its lazy to re-release old content is disrespectful to re-released limited content. It be much cooler and more respectful for Riot to be making new limited content as forms of marking stone in Lol's history that people can look back to and remember positively instead of just another capsule reward.

Edit- Lots of people missing points. Why not ask for new content for new changes was my main point but other people are generally arguing towards just rehashing old content.

Some points I'd like to address that i'm getting - Why is it ok to make something that was limited unlimited just so you can grab one? Just because people don't play the game anymore means its ok to re-release limited content. I don't own a Urfwick skin and never will and it doesn't bother me but why does it bother you enough that you might call me a snowflake for saying limited stuff should stay limited.

Alot of people here are saying me me me and who cares about other players only proves my point. That they are just reusing old content and people don't care because there is a rarity called limited tagged on these items and they want to feel special.

So why not make new limited skins instead of reusing old. Why not make new memories instead of tarnishing old ones. Can anyone actually talk to me about this point instead of getting riled up about my reasoning.

They will probably give give players who own urf warwick already a border, and something else. championship Riven owners got a shiny crown + border Pax Sivir owners got a pax chorma + border + actual skin not truly being release. urf warwick will get ???

I dont think many people can afford the exclusive skins, 150k blue essence is alot.

They 100% aren't wanted because they are "milestones" they are wanted because they are rare.

Translation: "I won't be a special snowflake anymore and/or be able to sell my account for more money later down the line."

Considering that virtually no one owns and uses these skins no one has the right to complain. If you own the skin but don't play the game anymore your opinion doesn't count. If you own the skin and play the game but never use the skin, your opinion doesn't count. Only people who own these skins and actively use them have the right to criticize Riot, but the problem is that is no one. In my years of playing League I have never seen anyone use the urfwick skin, not even 1 single time .

As someone who owns Muse Sona and is a Sona 1 trick. I have absolutely no qualms with someone else having it. I'm pretty sure there isn't some imaginary prestige that comes to it. Usually it's just "Oh I never seen that skin before" and that's the end of it. I got the skin because I like Sona, not because it's rare.

How about Riot stops making limited skins and all skins become available for purchase so no one can use the argument that something is wanted only because of how rare it is and makes the ranked skins be ranked participation so everyone who play positively in ranked earns them

I HOPE THAT THEY WILL MAKE RARE BORDER FOR REAL OLD OWNERS!
