Odyssey Onslaught Can't Find a Good Lobby

So, I know people are using the forums for getting a team together to do quest. I am happy that they are doing that, but a lot of people ain't, and it is killing Onslaught. Every lobby I get into seem to have three or four people all doing different quests, and if someone does not do that one person's quest, well the next minute or two will be them calling that one person every name in the book and letting themselves die over and over, or just leave the lobby. I just want to beat Onslaught while having fun with all the cool powers.
