just wondering whether theres any way that I can still get KDA Kaisa Prestige Edition by now. Obviously, I missed the chance to get it during the event time.

yep. people have got it through a reroll, which I'm guessing means it can drop directly from the chests too.

If you don't get them when the event is live, you'll only get them if you're very, very lucky with loot chests.

what i'm saying is she's a very popular champion and will recieve a lot of skins so this one isn't a big deal to miss. they're going to put out a legendary for her eventually and i wouldn't doubt it happening in the next year or two
