The new champion: Let's find out more

The new champ got hyped recently, at https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2017/10/champion-roadmap-october-2017/ . as usual, riot gives us a few small small word teasers in their paragraph reveal. this time it was

"approach a fight from… interesting angles"

"do something a bit more playful and bubbly"

"unique abilities that haven’t been seen before in League"

"hold onto your summoner spells and don’t fall asleep"

"change is coming"

" cataclysmic change. Also, sparkles!"

Inferring from these comments, i believe the new champion is

A) a girl ( this was revealed a while back) B) has a new CC: SLEEP. this seems like a logical assumption, as "unique abilities" could refer to when they said the same thing as ornn, and they released the new CC "Brittle". this will probably be removed by cleanse as suggested by "hold on to your summoner spells" C) Sparkles, bubbles, plafyl and bubbly, magic... I think we are getting a champ straight from the MADAFAKIN GLADE! (where lulu and pix come from) D) "interesting angles" the ... they put before this suggests this will be an important part, so my assuption is that she may have a riccocheting ability! bubbles bounce, maybe the "new ablitity" is that she sends a bubble that can apply sleep and maybe ricchochet of walls?
