Begging for help please please

When ever I come in here to rant about my teams and how I cant climb because of them I get called trash and that there was something i could do. Please please tell me what i could have done to win my last ranked game with yasuo PLEASE TELL ME PLEASE. Their cas was afk at the start and i got really ahead off that. I told my team at the strat of the game to PLEASE play safe because i would carry. What did my bot procced to do? Fucking feed their garen to the point of him having 20k at the end of the game. So please anyone of high ranking because i am oboiusily trash from everyone telling me that if i win lane that i could win the game. I always win my fking lane just to lose the game because of my team i cant climb like this. Ive lost so many games like this because of my team. I am tried of it please someone tell me what i could have done. Thank you
