Challenger rewards

Hey guys i hit challenger in S8 on the RU ladder and i still haven't gotten any information regarding the challenger backpack while i see players from other regions like NA/KR already unboxing theirs, I understand RU isn't high on the priority list for these things probably but still I've sent 2 tickets to riot, in one of them I barely got a response saying that the emails will be sent out they have no idea when tough and that was a month ago, the other one I've sent to NA riot 5 days ago and i haven't gotten a response yet(they always responds withing 24 hours at least in my case), I found a comment on boards saying that all the emails should be sent out till Dec 12 or 13th i can't seem to recall. The posters name was blue, i don't know if that's a mod or just a regular player but that information got me worried cause no one on the RU ladder has received any updates including me so I'm making this post as a desperate last resort hoping that maybe if this gets enough attention Riot will respond so please guys bump this up if you can it'd make my day. Also if you ended challenger in S8 please tell me if you received the email or even the backpack and what region you are from.
