I looked at my buying history on my smurf and realised that I had bought an xp boost, BUT I never did buy one, the account is lvl 16 and does not have any RP transactions, so is this a thing riot does now or is it just riots amazing spaghetti code??

I believe quite a while back when you confirmed your email you got an xp/ip boost IIRC for a few wins.
