well how r u guys able to tell us how long it takes but dont even know the issue? not even a marvel hero is able to look in the future and say the exact time! i bet u guys just blackmail ur community try to force them to spend all the BE in other stuff ... cus the majority of us r to impatient. im so done of ur policy ... go care about ur community and act like u did it before u get a billion heavy dollar company.

I did some digging for you and I found the transfer cooldown document from Riot Cactopus. It says “due to technical issues we are unable to turn transfers back on at this time.” They are working on it and expect to give an update soon. Also keep in mind it’s the holidays now so things are going to slow down.

There is no issue. They always turn it off near the end of a season, and during the preseason as far as im aware.

Before they turned it off, they let everyone know.
