Riot finnaly changed eternals ?

I read on one fb LoL page (biggest in balkans but not official) that eternals will be sold only twice a year with a price of 250 RP or 3500 BE. Since they are biggest i wouldnt expect from them to share fake info so does anybody know smth about this is it bullshit

They are having 2 versions of Eternals.

One is Common which are 250 RP and 3500BE during Essence Emporiums. The second is Unique and will be 590 RP only.
