I would rather have 5 different people telling me to kill myself calling me every insult known to man kind than have this. I can't even play the game. The games that are played are just as bad because 8/10 players in each game are smurfs including me, because you ban people. Terrible time for everyone involved, unless you're the team without the new players. You're system sucks riot.
Riot has a serious botting problem right now along with smurfs. The low level player experience is a lot worse than I think it has been in the past because most of the "new" players aren't actually new players but are toxic smurfs and people botting. Until Riot IP/Hardware bans players this will continue to be a major issue, especially since Riot has increased the frequency as to how many players they ban due to toxic behavior.
Hell, in gold 3 right now, 90% of games that I've played have been determined by whichever team has a rage quitter. I seriously don't understand the point of rage quitting in preseason because it's not like the result really affects your rating too much and it's worse for you to disconnect than for you to play the game out.
