Riot please don't buff Ekko and Evelynn.

Hello guy this is my own opinion only and I want to share with you guy my experience about this 2 champion , in around silver to plat if you see anyone pick ekko 80% they are smuff of boosting account , here is the reason do you ever have the match ekko 1 vs 9 even your team mate win enemy team 8k gold in 24 minutes and after 10 minute your team is losing because enemy have ekko, now this is just my own opinion but for real it right now you see anyone pick ekko 80% they are smuff of boosting already, and like i say if riot just buff ekko in patch 9.18 is nothing different like riot just want boosting destroy rank. And about Evelynn god please I'm just so happy she just get nerf at 9.15 make everyone stop playing her and now riot just give her a huge buff : Last Caress (R): Damage multiplier vs low health targets increased to 140% from 100%. I think she will have new skin every soon that why they did this. Because evelynn has no counter jg when she turns lv 6 if you are not bad you can just 1 vs 9 and 1 shot everyone too easy already in the rank game, pink ward? My team just don't want to buy it and what I can do.
