The prestige shop is a massive scam riot what are you doing??

I have bought the passes for battle academia, arcade, and now project and for battle academia and arcade I redeemed the 100 prestige points because I was under the impression that more skins would be added but no, every skin has been an event prestige skin and not one that could be found in the prestige shop. So riot, where are the skins becuase after this event im going to have a little over 200 prestige points but I don't want any of the skins in the store but I thought you would add more throughout the year(as that is what it says the description of the store even though the last one added was at the time of the VS event), so where are they?!?!?!?!?
