Hey guys I was wondering with the new leveling system in place, what level will summoners have to be to Que up for Ranked. Have a few friends who are worried that level 10 etc. will be able to Que with them.

I would imagine it's still 30. Gives the player time to practice and unlock champions. On top of that didn't the number of required champions go up? Last I remember it was only 10.
