Clearly this wasn't its intended use and the mode has become "which side has more dark harvests?" and if an equal number have it it becomes "who can abuse it better?"
They've disabled champions in RGM before I don't see why it would be so hard to do something similar here. It's kinda ruined the game mode and games are basically always one sided now.
Depends on if your team plays like total garbage. Good tanks counter it, especially if you actually use tanky runes. That said, of course if your team drops like flies, then they can hit the tank with dark harvest, get an assist on someone else to refresh cd, hit the tank, and repeat. Yeah, it's pretty strong, but it's not necessarily as simple as 'who has more dark harvest' wins.
