Will the early Victorious Skins get some updates?

One of my favorite skin line is the Victorious one, I was just wondering if the early skins for Jarvan and Janna get some form of update or effects like how the more recent ones do today.

Hopefully they do get some form of update cause they do feel a bit outdated.

What are your thought? :D
