I'm trying to get results on the experience rates if it is stable. Here is what I found

Time during win / XP 20 Min / 142 21 Min / 148 25 Min / 173 30 Min / 210

Time during loss / XP 16 Min / 96 18 Min / 104 23 Min / 133 26 Min / 150

23 min will give you 158 xp

Keep track of the seconds too. Minutes aren't all that matter.

It follows a linear formula of (base + scaling * seconds). It is consistent, but it won't look it if you don't keep track of the seconds too.
