Fix for FPS drops and freezing [MSI Only]

I will make it short. There are 4 steps.

1. Update Nvidia to the latest drivers.( go to device manager=>display settings=>Nvidia=>update driver)
2. Next open Nvidia control panel=>select manage 3D settings=> click restore defaults=>press yes.
3. Open league => In the interface click on gear icon in top right => Select initiate full repair.Once repair is complete then go to step 4.
4. Open task manager => Go to Details tab. End the items listed below. -NahimicService.exe -NahimicSvc32.exe -NahimicSvc64.exe -MSIService.exe

5.Enjoy. You can run a script to kill the above services or just end them manually whenever you restart your system.

This worked for me after intensive analysis, hope it solves the issue for MSI users. The first three steps might work for other models, but not completely certain. :)
