Honor Capsules

Today i get two honor capsules. But in loot i had only one. Why? Its bug, so i get one capsule but you system tells me twice? Or i get two capsules and you system gives me only one? Sometimes if i get more keys then 3, get only keys to 3. I had two, get two. In loot only 3 keys. Its bug or another type of yours "We give, but no so much." feature?
