Please add this

Hello i was looking into this and couldnt find a reason why you took it out where we can not change the health bar color with stuff even changing the ui i dont see the harm in letting us do it then again im not trying to bitch are anything because i enjoy league for fun and i do like playing but it would be nice to be able to do that

also why isnt practice tool multiplayer seems smart to make it where you can invite a friend and test out what works on what not just a bot it would help new players improve at the game a little more and help old players are players that dont know what items are good for what playing with a bot is usless since you can tell what they are going to do sorry if this isnt a real question are something i need help with but i just wanted to know these things if you dont mind also sorry again but the main reason i would like to be able to edit my ui and stuff again is because i have a bad vision problem and playing unlock cam is really kinda hard when i load my mouse and playing with a lock cam doesnt help either so i would like to be able to edit my mouse without having to change it out of game if that makes sense sorry again and have a good day :)

P.S i had this on a support ticket first and didnt feel like making it it again for this so i just copyed and pasted the post sorry about that im bad with words i do hope im not alone on saying i would like to be able to edit stuff again and stuff :)
