Decriptive Profile Viewing.

There should be a place where i can view anothers profile as i do mine. I can see what champions iv gotten S+'s on, what champions iv gotten chests on, see exact mastery scores and # of games played per champion, and much more. Basically how i see my profile but others. Decriptive runes used, per champion per game, highlights as well. Actually just thought about it as i was typing this i just want a collection view of anothers profile. can that be added?
