Kayn Bug/Promblem

Idk If this is a bug or not but, when the new oddesy kayn ult it shows u the face of the form he is in. but me and my friend played and i noticed that the face animation were not working. so we took a 1v1 and it still did not work. i hope this is a bug or else i kinda feels like it is a scam that only u can see it but they don't show u it in the spotlight :/

Are you playing with low quality? if so that is the problem. had same problem just had to change the quality.[sg-lux-2]
