Was there a reasoning to no summer event?
It just dawned on me there were no new pool party skins or any thing of the sort, was there a reason? With all the events was it just to crowded?

If I had to guess it might just be because of the PROJECT: and Star Guardian events/releases.
Probably just don't want to overdue it with too many events or skins, you know?

They don't do the same thing every year. It also skipped in 2014 and 2017. Just like last year saw a lack of Project, Star guardians and Arcade releases. They've decided to do some one year and not another.
