Big flaws in game, champ select block list

I keep being put in same team with people that are on my block list they ban the champs that i choose to play insults me before the game even starts if i dodge i will be punished reporting does not do anything when i did my provisionals to decide my rank in placements 2/10 games players afk, 2/10 games people troll just walking around takimg my farm literally just following not just me but rest of team letting enemy kill them on purpose banning makes no sense people pay alot of money to buy a champ they like buy the skins then someone on enemy team tells u cannot play it just cuz they are scared even someone from your own team does this all the time reporting doest work muting is not a good solution how can u play a team game without communicating league makes millions of dollars and they cannot do anything? Only one playable map is teribble im sure players are willing to waiting extra few mins to play on a different map one map forever? Thete are many bugs in the game also i freeze in champ select then get penalized for it and i have a nrw computer too amd i know more tjan enough to know its not my fault players makes mistakes in game the insults u blame other people cuz the dont know how to play at least make it so u dont put in same team with people on your block list pls
