Can We STOP With the Autofill ?

It really is quite frustrating when you get filled into a role that you don't know how to play and then are expected to perform up to standards. When autofilled you have 3 options. 1) Play it out and hope you don't screw up that much and get flamed, 2) Dodge the q entirely, or 3) Pray that someone else will switch with you. And that last one is if you aren't selfless and ask.

Just played a game just now... SEE ABOVE FOR LINK Sejuani (me) qd Bot/Support = Assigned Jungle My Lux qd Support = Assigned Mid My Leona qd Mid = Assigned Support My Lucian qd Mid = Assigned Bot ... Fiora qd Top and guess what? She did extremely well in that role. Wow!

What really gets me is when two people qd for two different roles and are assigned EACH OTHER'S role instead of the one they signed up for.

Now obviously, I took their word for most of this but their profiles also indicate they do not play those roles. With all the flame and hate that is involved in this game and how RIOT then asks you to play something you are not good at playing... it just makes me upset they think this is okay. I'll take longer q times.

Communication is important, especially in champ select (but I do agree, people being autofilled into each others roles is just silly).

Its not happening. Simply queue times are better because of it and I feel it should be some requirement that you learn the game more than just your one main role. Also the amount of times you get autofilled are low. Even if you get autofilled every time that is up its 3 maybe games at most out of 12 that you will. Is it frustrating yes you have the right to be frustrated but you should take the time and make sure you know at least 2 champs each role or know champs that can flex and play them because its not going away. Unsure of how long you played there was a time you couldn't even choose the role you wanted and you HAD to know EVERY role well to climb. Its not even that hard now. So just chill. If you get autofilled somewhere you really don't like then dodge. If the next try still autofills you take what I said earlier and apply it.
