3v3 ranked is too boring with teams feeding

I was gold 4 and now silver 3 from teams consistently feeding the entire game. I don't understand the match ups. I don't flame my allies. I just ask them "please stop feeding", but 9 times out of 10 I have teams that throw the game and sometimes even blame me for it. Also, they will often pick a champion that isn't suitable for 3's or willingly choose a third ap or ad champion while the first two picks are already set. There is no competition whatsoever, it's just a bunch of scrambled eggs or dice roll for team placements. Probably one of the most imbalanced games i've ever played, in terms of synergy. Riot should seriously consider changing the name of the game to "league of children". It fits the description perfectly.
