Ok so I moved to korea with my NA account and since you cant change your region to Korea I bought the japan region change, and upon doing so it reset the client but now it keeps telling me my user or password are incorrect when I know for a fact their not. Any idea on how I can sign back in ?
Lapis1 votesI know you probably did this, but it's best to check the obvious first, did you change your region in the client via the drop down menu? If you're still trying to sign into NA it won't work.

Hmm. I know in other games, sometimes it takes a while for a server change to go through. Maybe it's still pending? Other than that, I'm not sure what could be causing this. I'd recommend putting in a support ticket, I think they'll be able to help you more than I can.

Sorry, I don't know. I would have assumed they would have gotten back to you by now. Give it another day, I'd say, they might have a backlog. Just check to see whether the ticket status is open, and if it is, they'll get back to you I'm sure.
