LP distribution in new system

I have been on a 14 game win-streak, why do i only get 15 lp per game while my duo support gets 21 lp per game and i have higher win rate than he does. This makes no sense, last season if i was on a win streak i would get bigger chunks of lp like 24 but now im getting 15?????????
