Staff in the wall of base in Summoners Rift

Me and my friend were playing a game of summoners rift and about half way through the game we saw a staff that looked like one of viktor's upgrades on the left side wall on one of the circles , it was just sitting there the gem in the center was glowing and rotating. If you dont know the circles im talking about, when you spawn, on the left and right walls you can see 5 small circles on top of the wall looking like some sort of pedestal, 3 on one side and 2 on the other. If i could find the replay i could clip it but I can not find the game..
