Wrongfully accused of third-party violation.

So yesterday morning at around 3am EST my account was banned for using a third-party program which is in direct violation of Riot Games Terms of Service. I have not been logged into this account I believe for 2 days now and not only that, I have never used a third-party program in my life other than what was specifically told to me by a company that is allowed to be used for said game. (Company: Square Enix,Game: FFXIV. I've made a ticket to Riot Support in an attempt to reverse this and it's been over 24 hours and I haven't heard a single thing back on the matter and it's frustrating me. I'm being punished for something I haven't done and that's just not fair to me or any other player this may happen to. And this is not the first time a mistake like this has happened to either me or friends of mine and it's really starting to ruin my liking for League of Legends.

I'm not sure what square enix's policy has to do with riots, I'm guessing you had cheat engine up.

Either way, are there matches in your match history that you did not play?

I was simply referencing them as the only company I've ever used a third-party service with but one that was permitted by them. And yes there are 3 ARAM games on there that I did not play, but the biggest issue is that they won't even respond to my ticket so I can't even explain that.

There was a big ban wave recently someone said in pb, ticket time is probably still backed up. Don't bump your ticket, but when they respond explain those matches. Be polite and willing to resecure your account, they tend to lift these if you are, from what I've seen.

Alright I will try that. Thank you for the information on the ban wave, Hopefully they reply soon, I've put way too much time and money into that account >.<
