Wrongfully accused of third-party violation.

So yesterday morning at around 3am EST my account was banned for using a third-party program which is in direct violation of Riot Games Terms of Service. I have not been logged into this account I believe for 2 days now and not only that, I have never used a third-party program in my life other than what was specifically told to me by a company that is allowed to be used for said game. (Company: Square Enix,Game: FFXIV. I've made a ticket to Riot Support in an attempt to reverse this and it's been over 24 hours and I haven't heard a single thing back on the matter and it's frustrating me. I'm being punished for something I haven't done and that's just not fair to me or any other player this may happen to. And this is not the first time a mistake like this has happened to either me or friends of mine and it's really starting to ruin my liking for League of Legends.
