League and its spaghetti code and design.

So yeah went into game with poppy and smite. Bought recommended items and got out of buying screen. Then realized did not have jungle items, and then turned back on buying screen to realize could not undo. then proceeded to lose game. So I just have a couple of questions.

1. What ********* decided that a mainly jungler champ with smite wouldn't want jungle items to be recommended.
2. What ********* decided that taking a step in the alter was enough to not allow an undoing of a purchase made 2 seconds ago.
3. What ********* decided it was a good idea to make exp tied to an item so that you don't even get lvl 2 after a camp and a half.
