Sion Roar of the Slayer do too much dmg for the mana it costs.

i played multiple games against a sion and when he throws minions at you he does way too much dmg for the range/mana it costs, add a meteore and he can just spam you all laning phase, he's also super tanky and his ult is unstopable i dont see a way to beat him after lvl 6, before that he's not that great but all he has to do his cs all time, a bit like cho gath, wich should also get a nerf, i play cho and even i can say its too easy to play this champ against almost any opposition. just my humble opinion. i'm not saying to nerf everyspell, but maybe just add more mana cost on the E ability or reduce the damage a bit.
