Vanguards unlike wardens ( ) need to have some form of dmg in their kit because they are not supportive tanks.

As of patch 8.18 sejuanis ult doesnt have enough slow aoe anymore, now the aoe slow lasts 1s whether or not you miss your ult on a target, even if she starts an engage and throws her combo after 1 second everyone on the enemy team will be k. What can your team offer in that 1 second ? Nothing

I also saw meddler responding to someone who asked about ornns state in soloq and he said they will look to reduce his ult range and give him power somewhere else. Again thats not the way to treat a vanguard.
