Why Honor 2+ for Clash?

Hello, Toxic player here,

Recently just got the nice Honor 0 badge, took me forever to get it, just one question though: My friends wanted to play Clash, and Clash is pretty much 5 man Flex, but why do we need Honor 2 to play it? If it just another way to punish Talkxic players, you really got me this time Riot. If you guys can just chill with the chat bans that would be fantastic. If I can't call someone a read for doing something stupid what's the point in playing a competitive game anyways? Maybe instead of sexualizing your champions you can chill out with the chat bans instead how about that? HAHA JK DUDE LOL GET RIBBED ON MY DUDE HYPER SEXUALIZED AMIRITE xd

Also, how long does the grind take to get back to Honor 2? I know the new system punishes dishonorable players by making the 0-2 trek longer, but by how long? Your boy needs to know how many games he needs to grind to get back to Honor 2.
