What about "disable chat" option in settings?

I personally usually set chat's size to lowest value and mute everyone in purpose to obtain more fun (ppl complaining in chat or just spam distracts & annoys me) from playing and prevent teammates-caused tilt, and i think this option would solve the problem (i know hurr durr communication is very important but i rarely use anything expect pings to it). Also it'd help toxic players who want to change themselves or just self-prevent flaming. So there's more details about my proposal:

• You can set chat to: _ On_ (normal) or _Locked _ - you keep chat but there are only game info (ex. Slained Drake or First Blood) and your friends messages also you cant open chat (text). in addition: What about replacing bans for flame with Locked option (for same amount of time or even perma)?
