No More Banning Hovered Champions

I find it to be a little annoying when I am hovering a champ and someone bans it out from me from my own team. I am putting this as a suggestion so that maybe we can see it in the future. Can we make it to where your team mates cant ban a champ you are hovering and wanting to play? it seems really troll and just gives a bad tempo to the game before it even starts. This change i feel would make the game less troll. Let me know what some people thinks so maybe we can get this implemented into the game. Thank you!
