Account suspended permanently for no reason WTF
I didn't even be negative in-game. And they did not give me a reason why my account is suspended.

Your account might have been compromised, or it was a scripting/botting ban. Try sending a ticket to someone on Riot Support - especially Live Chat if it's around since it's a more pressing matter. What does it say when you try to log in?
If it says "suspended" and not banned then yeah it's most likely a shield ban. Your account was probably compromised. Contact Support and they can clear it up as long as you're the original owner of the account.

i got banned too, for no reason.... and i didn't said something bad, i got permanently banned for feed...... not even a reason, cause i had a better player against me
